  • Why can't I sign up to the course today?
    This course has a waitlist, and only pre-approved candidates are offered a space. I intentionally keep the class size small to maximise your success and provide personalised 1:1 support during the group sessions. This selective approach is one of the key reasons our clients typically see salary increases of £/€30,000 to 45,000. Each applicant is individually vetted to ensure they are a perfect fit for the program. Once you're approved, you'll be placed on either the general waitlist or the "urgent" waitlist. Every Monday at 8:00 PM (GMT +1), a limited number of spaces become available. Those on the "urgent" waitlist get first priority, and any remaining spots are then offered to those on the general waitlist. This system ensures that those who need immediate support have the best chance to join, while still providing opportunities for others as spaces open up.

  • How do I get on the "urgent" list?
    The "urgent" waitlist gives you first priority for available spaces each Monday. Those on this list have from 8:00 to 8:07 PM (GMT +1) to sign up before any remaining spots are offered to the general waitlist. To qualify for the "urgent" list, you must meet at least one of the following criteria: You are currently without a full-time job or will soon be in that position. You have already tried the job market on your own and have struggled to get high-quality results. You have a fixed period during which you can dedicate yourself to securing a job offer. If you're unsure whether you qualify, you can discuss it with Ashling during your intro call.
  • When is the weekly coaching offered?
    Our coaching sessions are designed to fit your schedule, with convenient times for clients across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal etc. There are two coaching sessions each week for 8 weeks: 1) Small Group Coaching and 2) the Tribe Call Small Group Coaching for 1:1 Support: You must be available each week for one of the below slots Tuesday, 1:00 - 2:00 PM (GMT +1) Tuesday, 4:00 - 5:00 PM (GMT +1) Friday, 12:00-1:00 PM (GMT +1) On top of that, each week the whole group does interview prep and best practice sharing: Tribe Call: Thursday, 4:00 - 5:00 PM (GMT +1) The Small Group Coaching is the most important session you must be available for. However the "Tribe" call is also hugely helpful as we share what's working across the group, practice interview questions, mock calls etc

Salary Negotiation Support: We’ll guide you through the salary negotiation process to help you secure the best possible offer. Thursdays: Office Hours and Peer Learning Office Hours Q&A: Get quick answers to any burning questions you have. Learning from Peers: Gain insights from what’s working best for other candidates, helping you refine your own approach. Referrals and Introductions: We’ll facilitate referrals and introductions to help you expand your network and open doors to new opportunities.   • What does the 1 hour 1-1 session typically cover?
    The purpose of the 1-hour coaching session is to dive into the area that will be most impactful for you. Typically, this involves reviewing an interview brief for an open AE role at your company and guiding you through a step-by-step approach to excel in that final interview. However, it can also include practicing interview questions, reviewing your CV, or addressing any other aspect that will help you secure that job offer!
  • When do I have to book the 1-1 session and how do I do it?

  • Dates for the Group Coaching
    There will be 3 live group coaching calls. There will likely be 2 alternative dates for these calls so that you can attend either one. Those specific dates and times will be voted by you, the cohort! These sessions will also be recorded if you cannot make any of the available times or for you to review after.
  • When will the group coaching calls be offered and what topics are covered?
    When: The live group coaching sessions are spread over three weeks. These three individual sessions complement the on-demand course and can be attended even if you haven't finished the corresponding course section yet. We aim to make these coaching sessions as accessible as possible. The group votes on preferred timings, and if a selected time doesn't work for 40% or more of participants, we offer a second slot. Each session is recorded in case you can't attend.   • What if I am applying to be a first-time AE at a new company?
    If you are applying for a first-time AE role at a new company, this particular program is not tailored for that specific scenario. However, we offer a separate program called "New AE Role, New Company," which is designed with a similar format but different content, catering to SDRs, BDRs, and AEs seeking an AE role at a new SaaS company. This program is more aligned with your needs in that situation.
  • Why is this program limited to a select group of SDRs and BDRs?
    The program accommodates a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring an interactive and personalized experience. Our priority is to support eligible and prepared SDRs and BDRs in securing their first AE role. In the event that all spaces are filled, we offer the option to join the next available course if you meet the minimum requirements.
  • Who is this course ideal for?
    If you are eager to get promoted quickly and increase your earnings, this program is perfect for you. It is specifically designed to help you stand out among external and internal competition, making you the preferred candidate for the role.
  • Who Is eligible?
    If you are an SDR or BDR who has met the minimum time requirement and performance criteria to be eligible for a promotion at your company by the end of July, you can apply to the program.
  • What if I'm been an AE before?
    If you have previous experience as a SaaS AE and already feel confident in standing out among other candidates, this program may not be the best fit for you. However, if your AE experience was in a different industry and you are aiming to secure your next AE role in a SaaS company, additional assistance may be beneficial to ensure your success in the process.
  • How long does the course take to complete?
    The course requires a total of three hours for the live group coaching calls during the course period. Additionally, the on-demand course is self-paced, allowing you to complete it at your convenience. You can also schedule your 1-1 call anytime within six months of enrolling! The 3-step on-demand program takes approximately 4 hours to complete, but it is designed with smaller, micro-learnings that can be spread over multiple days, weeks, or months, accommodating your schedule. Taking action and implementing the strategies learned in the course will depend on your individual time availability and commitment.
  • How do I pay and do you offer a receipt?
    We take payments through Stripe so it goes through a secure processor. We accept all usual payment options, debit and credit cards, Google Pay etc. You will get a receipt from Stripe to the email you have provided after making payment.
  • What's the difference between a regular, company-run SDR-AE promo path and this course?
    The main difference between a regular, company-run SDR-AE promotional path and this course is the primary focus. While company-run paths are fantastic for learning the nuances of your company's sales cycle and processes, this program is specifically designed to help you secure the first AE role. Company-run paths aim to reduce ramp time for SDRs and BDRs transitioning to AE positions, covering various aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery calls, demos, pitching, closing deals, and collaboration with other teams or technologies. On the other hand, this program prioritizes your success in obtaining the job offer, ensuring you stand out and become the preferred candidate for the role. Whilewe will provide guidance on skill development to bridge any gaps for the AE role at your company, the primary goal is to help you secure the promotion you desire.
  • Do I need to have completed my company's SDR to AE program before starting this?
    No, completion of your company's SDR to AE program is not a requirement for starting this course. Whether you haven't started it, are currently in progress, have already completed it, or if your company doesn't offer such a program, you can still benefit from this course and successfully secure an AE offer, given you meet the eligibility criteria for promotion at your company. This course is designed to help you create a personalized plan of action tailored to your hiring manager's requirements and address any skill gaps you may have. While having an internal program to support your skill development may be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for success in this course. With our guidance and support, you can achieve your goal of securing an AE role.
